Your initial registration has been received, but there are a few additional steps to complete your student's registration.

Please work through the items below. You can bookmark this page and return if you are unable to complete everything at once.

2026–27 Registration Checklist

1 — Technology Use Agreement

REQUIRED

All participating students and a parent/guardian must review and acknowledge E3RC's Technology Acceptable Use Policy.

Required for all students.

2 — Scholarship Application

OPTIONAL — IF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED

E3RC works to ensure that program costs are not a barrier to student participation. Families who need financial assistance may apply for a program scholarship.

You do not need to complete this form if you are paying the regular program fee.

3 — Parent & Family Involvement

ENCOURAGED

Parents, guardians, and family members play an important role in making E3RC programs successful. There are opportunities to help with events, fundraising, competitions, communications, sponsorships, and more.

No STEM or robotics experience is required!

New this season! Tell us what interests you and how often you'd like to help. Opportunities range from helping once at an event to joining Parent Organization leadership.

4 — Complete Program Payment

FINAL REQUIRED STEP

Select your student's registered program below to complete payment.
